To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟同事決定去吃飯,發覺了Mikki終於有台灣菜可以選擇。這是一個很好的消息。曾經跟屋企人在銅鑼灣吃過,覺得很好的樣子,於是想在這兒尋找那種感覺。甫踏進餐牌,有一點點失望,因為沒有了雞脾飯,好像是什麼時段皆沒有,而且沒電子支付,感覺差了一大截。先後點了1)豬扒飯;2)雞扒拌面;3)鹽酥雞拌面。三個各有特色。豬扒飯十分足料,便當的顏色十分吸引人,有著垂涎欲滴的感覺。其餘兩個是拌麵,拌面的面質不俗,十分爽滑,味精也不多,十分不錯。雞扒有滷水味,鹽酥雞粒不錯的,沒有骨,可以一口硬完,十分適合我這個懶人。但我喜愛的是飯,所以我會呼籲大家來吃飯。譽港灣的朋友有福了👍🏻
