Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘工廈多高質餐廳，當然不乏中菜餐，同朋友傾開想食小菜，於是黎新匯聚撐枱腳。招牌蜜糖薯仔牛柳粒 $120幾鐘意個薯仔，外皮香脆好似食緊薯角，牛柳粒一啲都唔un，煮得入味又鎖住肉汁。椒鹽鮮魷 $120魷魚外脆內煙韌，炸粉唔厚，痛鹽香但唔太油膩。欖菜肉碎四季豆 $73 呢道小菜夠晒鑊氣，四季豆最岩送飯，加埋粒粒肉碎口感更佳，有住家菜既味道添～～～檸檬薏米水 $22天氣咁熱飲飲呢個夠晒清新解渴，薏米都係健康之選。
