To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前兩天下班收工後，食過晚餐後回家。和Foo叫了幾個小菜，有例湯送，加杯凍飲，一天疲勞便放鬆。人均消費$176左右。川味水煮魚 $99一大盤鮮紅色的水煮魚，未食已經聞到辣椒味，香辣辣，熱騰騰。魚片無骨而且好滑，食不到魚腥味。芽菜等其他配料好入味，開胃又餸飯。惹味川辣滑雞煲$86雞煲調味惹味開胃，雞件份量都正常，肉質嫩滑可口，餸飯一流。椒鹽鮮魷$89表皮脆香可口，裡面的鮮魷彈牙軟身，開胃小菜，夾完一件又一件。西蘭花炒雞柳$72這個份量頗多，西蘭花翠綠，微硬，有咬口。雞柳切到一條條的，清炒感覺健康有營養。
