To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我幾乎每天早上都去中環星月樓飲茶，欣賞那裡茶靚（不是用茶包）,點心也中規中矩，並非工廠貨。晚飯也試過好幾次，雖然價錢比較貴，但味道唔錯，最近上市的雙冬羊腩煲，用新鮮黑草羊古法炆，吃了两次，仍然齒頰留香。上面是讚，下面要彈！今天冬節，早上照舊上去飲茶，原來的特價早茶欠奉，全部點心按正價收費，雖然今日不是所有酒樓像它那樣提價，但也情有可原。結賬時發現收費仍然偏高，查詢下原來一位茶錢由平日九元加至十六元！這樣做就十分離譜了，已經沒有早茶優惠，茶錢也加了80％,與搶錢無異！以前對星月樓的良好印象一掃而光。關鍵是沒有任何加茶錢的告示！顧客在埋單時才知道！這是否違反商品說明條例呢？
