To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工同爸媽去了酒樓食晚飯,老人家對酒樓都是情有獨鍾,歎住茶坐下傾下計,最主要是夠闊落,坐得舒服唔使同人迫。上湯焗加拿大龍蝦伊麵:點了兩隻龍蝦,用了上湯煮法,另外還配上伊麵底,上湯汁豐富,伊麵吸收了湯汁及龍蝦味道,爽口鮮味,龍蝦新鮮爽口,龍蝦鉗都好大件肉。金獎叉燒皇:燶邊叉燒夾雜點蜜汁香味,入口陣陣焦香,而且半肥瘦的叉燒有兩個層次,爽口之餘又有油脂甘香,是必食小菜。蜜梅柚子京燒骨:入口淡淡柚子酸甜味刺激味蕾,燒骨正好一口一粒,方便食用,咬開啖啖肉,而且炸至外面微脆,中間肉嫩。北菇紅燒豆腐:豆腐炸至金黃,中間十分嫩滑,加上冬菇炆煮,一個不錯的素菜。
