香港人幾熱都鍾意打邊爐,只要冷氣夠凍,絕對冇問題今日去咗佐敦試不倒翁,聽呢個名好耐,今日第一次見識。但我諗夠膽响佐敦呢個打邊爐一級戰場插𣄃,點都有反咁上下本事兩個人最好就係食套餐:呢期最流行嘅文昌雞鍋清潤椰青文昌雞鍋(半隻):湯底好滋潤,少少甜,放入雞件10零分鐘就食得,雞味稍淡但皮下脂肪唔多,灼完D湯都唔會鋪滿雞油,完全冇負擔感環球海鮮盤(2位)每位均有:南非鮮鮑魚、鮮元貝、靚桶蠔(各1隻)、新鮮斑片、海生蝦(各2件)全部海鮮都好新鮮,有D直情睇住响魚缸啱啱捉上嚟,海蝦勁甜勁爽口。鮑魚唔韌有鮑味,其他海鮮都好味安格斯手切肥牛(細),我哋都鍾意食牛,於是加咗$100轉大牛,牛肉非常腍,牛味唔算濃,但油脂感勁重,食完滿口油香不倒翁鎮店水餃皇(2隻),水餃裏面足足有幾隻大蝦,有黑木耳同筍絲,而家比較少舖頭會自己包水餃,食一隻都非常滿足合時新鮮蔬菜(1份),唐生菜用上最靚嘅部份,想爽口啲就唔好灼咁耐,食到菜本身嘅鮮甜味健康飲品(1渣),我哋揀咗竹蔗茅根,甜甜地凍凍地,用嚟送少少熱氣嘅打邊爐就啱哂
