今日去咗佐敦買嘢,過開依頭,去好耐無去嘅官涌熟食中心入面嘅新肥泉食埋晚飯先。依度都係無咩大變化,一貫大掛檔風格。今日簡簡單單咁點咗幾道菜:避風塘軟殼蟹:軟殼蟹炸得好香口,而且好鮮甜。加上避風塘炒法,香辣惹味 。😙😙沙薑雞腳:保持住水準,最中意係佢地會將沙薑醬汁炒熱,再落雞腳兜渾。雞腳每一處都有沙薑汁,味美非常。😋😋水煮肥鵝腸:鵝腸肥美彈牙,水煮汁辣得黎又香,食埋入面嘅菇菌,腐竹同豆卜,堅正。👍🏻👍🏻芝士焗大蝦伊麵:原本想叫龍蝦伊麵嘅,但係龍蝦要預訂咗先有得食,咁唯有改做平啲嘅大蝦啦。芝士層厚厚,大蝦有成8大隻,隻隻麵大隻鮮甜,伊麵份量麵好多,食完又飽又滿足。😊😊啫啫芥蘭煲:芥蘭好嫩,加埋咸魚蝦米肉碎,少少咸咸地,但香口嘅味道,令人停唔到口,成個煲嘅咸魚蝦米肉碎都清哂。😅😅食到飽飽,最好叫返支汽水飲下,樽裝汽水雪到起哂冰沙,飲落更加冰涼。😆😆
