To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排食得太多西餐，今日就去食下港式美食炒小菜！喺佐敦附近發現一間幾有特色嘅餐廳「憶食尚」，雖然有少少西式嘅裝修，但竟然主打煲仔飯！我哋叫咗：椒鹽一口骨$76呢味餸幾有特色，人哋一般都係椒鹽鮮魷，而佢就係豬肉炸完再用椒鹽炒，好夠鑊氣！而且椒鹽好多好香！正❤️特色臘味煲仔飯 $148價錢雖然看似比一般貴，但佢用料都非一般，一排臘鴨，一排臘肉，一排臘腸，令到飯好香，好重油味，加上火力平均，成個底都係飯焦，卜卜脆勁好味！😋食完真係唔覺得貴☺️時令蔬菜 $68今日嘅時令蔬菜係上湯蒜蓉娃娃菜，娃娃菜好入味，湯亦唔喊，幾清甜😉總括嚟講雖然餐廳位置唔係太就腳，但下次我都會特登嚟再食，因為性價比幾高，小菜來講算有質素，煲仔飯亦做得出色，環境又舒適，抵讚👍🏻
