身邊嘅朋友好多都去咗日本過新年 留咗喺香港嘅我日日睇住ig上面佢地post出嚟嘅美食 呢晚忍唔住就搵間日式居酒屋食吓✌🏻 嚟咗佐敦呢間居酒屋小店 舖面環境唔大 但都坐得舒適😉雜錦魚生沙律呢個沙律作為前菜真係夠晒fresh🥗 首先一上檯見到咁色彩繽紛已經好開心 入面仲食到好多款刺身 例如三文魚 油甘魚 吞拿魚 八爪魚 蟹籽 玉子🐟 串燒食居酒屋一定要食返幾串串燒🍢 黑豚車厘茄卷 車厘茄超爆汁 厚燒仙台牛舌 肉質軟腍 加咗黑椒去帶出牛味 雞軟骨就好爽脆😋秘汁燒牛仔骨冇諗到呢碟牛仔骨會有咁多🐮 肉質唔會乸到冇晒口感 食落口都幾Juicy鵝肝多士呢個鵝肝真係超級厚🙈 鵝肝外層沾咗薄薄嘅一層粉 煎起上嚟外面就金黃 鎖住啲油香喺入面 非常Creamy 底下嘅多士係一片法包🥖 拼埋一齊食 唔會太油膩炸墨魚咀每粒都炸到脆卜卜🥰 點埋蛋黃醬食就啱晒 側邊仲有啲沙律添呀霜月卷呢個招牌卷物係我呢餐最鍾意嘅一碟💓 誠意推介俾大家 卷物上面有海膽 吞拿魚蓉同三文魚籽 海膽非常鮮甜 食喺嚟口感非常豐富🤓 果然係招牌菜呀雜錦天婦羅呢碟有超級多款天婦羅 包括有三隻大蝦 茄子 南瓜 甜薯 秋葵 青椒🫑 天婦羅外皮唔會太
