今天到了佐敦一間幾新的酒店餐廳吃 Fine Dining, Hotel Stage '登臺' 的 Kitchen Savvy. 之前試過海鮮餐, 水準不錯, 和老友聊天環境亦很舒適. 今次再試吓其他餐, 餐湯是蘿蔔湯, 主菜是鴨肶, 外皮好脆但肉質十分’林’, 我腸胃麻麻也覺得容易消化, 而且配埋紅椰菜好味又健康喎.甜品很特別, 好似平平無奇的Cream, 入口後卻有漸進式的辣味, 令人驚喜, 看得出廚師很有心思! 大多的套餐都是百多蚊, 以此水準真是值得一試!
