前排咁凍~完全提唔起勁食日本野,襯依家有少少回暖~即刻去食我至愛嘅日本料理~仲要係新開嘅fine dining!佐樂個名幾得意~SARA~係一間以佐賀做主題嘅餐廳,推廣佐賀縣嘅美食同觀光,概念係佐賀嘅美食、佐賀嘅藏酒、佐賀嘅食器。入到黎環境好舒服~雖然地方唔大但樓底夠高。一坐埋枱就會見到好靚嘅摺花同高貴嘅陶瓷食器,經侍應介紹下先知佢叫“有田燒瓷器”,每隻碟嘅圖案都唔一樣。靚嘅環境配靚嘅食器~的確係會令人食指大動!刺身盛盒~分別有池魚、依左木、呼子烏賊、赤鯛同拖羅,唔使問~全部都好新鮮,頭果3款都係第一次食無得compare,赤鯛非常鮮甜肉質軟淋,拖羅入口即溶,如果唔係有啲筋真係會不知不覺流晒落喉嚨都唔知。羽根蒜頭天婦羅~係連根拔起嘅蒜頭,賣相似墨魚仔幾趣致,脆漿夠薄,熱辣辣外面好脆口,蒜頭軟淋淋嘅,食完個口一啲蒜味都無,真係食幾多粒都唔怕。三瀬雞免治雞肉串~如果一整條都係雞肉會溜左啲,所以佢落左雞軟骨,好有咬口,成個texture唔同晒,仲有個燒汁加蛋黃,甜度同滑度配合得啱啱好!有明海苔手卷~今次有海膽同碎拖羅,海膽分量多到有啲離譜,食到最後一啖都仲有,鮮甜之餘仲入口即溶,食完仲齒夾留

最後梗係要食埋個甜品啦~綠茶pudding,外貌好似好普通咁~但茶味夠香夠濃帶少少甘,仲滑嘟嘟,簡直係幫我喺今餐畫上完美嘅句號。
