The food is good but the service is horrible. They are very inflexible and non-accommodating, and even insisted when we ordered an item when we didn’t (reviews based on different visits). Would not come back (though I’ve even them the benefit of the doubt and came back a few times).

第一次到佐樂,有點深夜食堂感覺。因餐牌上頗有些一般日式料理沒有的菜式。漬物盛合是自家醃漬,糠漬有種獨特的香氣,令小青瓜、山芋、甘筍、大根、昆布、茄子,爽中帶甜香,坊間少見。池魚刺身雖然很多餐廳都有,但這裡的池魚溫度非常適中,不似有些店連解凍也未做好的冰凍質感。魚骨可以加錢炸,很適合用來送酒。炭燒三瀬雞腿肉,肉質是夠嫩滑的,略嫌沒什麼特色。魚湯素麵是出色之作,日本人吃湯麵,第一件事是喝一啖湯。一喝便知是以魚骨和酒餚製,湯頭鮮甜,可以和Ode的湯比併,不過他們這款酒味較重。且這素麵賣$98,不算便宜。秘製芝麻豆腐外觀有點似烤棉花糖,少許脆身,但內裡質感,不是一般的軟滑,有點稠密感,醬汁也是甜甜的和稠稠的,友人淺嚐即止。店面是日式小店裝修,碗碟也有特色,女侍推介菜式也很親切,坐在窗邊位置可看到樓下銅鑼灣街景,感覺不錯。

This place was recommended to us by a food lover. I was not disappointed ! The restaurant takes pride in using quality ingredients from japan. 那天與一班朋友訂了VIP房慶祝生日。所謂的VIP房, 只是頭頂有一塊布遮住, 根本不是房。大部份時間沒有待應招呼, 坐下一小時,也沒有茶或水供應。整晚也靠自己添茶添水, 以為去了平價酒樓, 跟最低消費不乎。食物款式不多, 有別於一般日本居酒屋。菜式味道也沒有驚喜。其中一款燒雞翼, 雞翼比平日吃的大一倍,可惜肉靭味淡,是最失敗的一款菜式。總括一句,這樣的價錢,這樣的招呼,銅鑼灣應該有很多選擇吧, 只此一次, 不會考慮再去了。

中午1點繁忙時間現場所見都係得大概十個客人左右,
相信唔會係因為忙而影響食物質素...
這個價錢實在有更多更好選擇

First visit to sara dining , comfy seating, super friendly staff and everything were up the standard! The setting of the resto gives you the japanese vibe (yes i miss traveling) Sashimi and the oyster were nice and fresh, tsukune were really nom with 脆骨😋. Must try the sea bream shuto with cream cheese (sth new for me) it goes with well with the sake😂 was gunna order grilled onigiri, but staff told us the chef were too busy that night that he wouldnt have time for this??? 🥲one minor disappointment of the night 🤭 but ok nvm la cus they served very good food ^^

-和牛他他,薄切再加埋醬汁,人生一大享受😋牛既味道亦都好出

其實仲有食埋鐵板和牛,但係因為太好食完全唔記得影相😅建議食譚鐵板唔好食吉列,因為上次食吉列牛太熟,反而浪費左塊牛肉。仲有佢嘅鯛魚茶漬飯仲攞過獎㗎,不過今日食得太飽所以先唔叫。雖然埋單算係中高價,不過食物質素絕對值呢個價。

早前從某雜誌看過這家以佐賀食材、有田燒為題的日本料理屋,慕名以久,但因以往只做晚市,於我不太方便,無緣嚐味。最近閒來無事找吃的,又翻到佐樂,咦!午市也營業,就馬上拉著友人一起check it out。餐牌忘了影,直接從網頁借圖。毫不猶豫我點了炭燒三瀨雞腿餐並推介友人吃宮崎和牛腿丼飯 + 五點刺身。前菜有沙律和類似芝麻豆腐的方塊,味道是熟悉的和風高湯,不算特別但質感還好。侍應小姐會詢問刺生先上還是和午餐一起上,蠻體貼的。當然我請她先上刺生吧。五點有海膽、吞拿魚(赤身)、深海池魚、鯛魚和鯖魚。前兩款是必有的,其餘要問問師傅當日的食材是什麼才知道。魚鮮,海膽甜——合格的刺生。下次應該叫魷魚才算九州之味.......主菜來了,這盤燒雞真的炭香撲鼻,馬上就放了幾顆雞肉入口......好彈牙,而有雞味。相較起來,宮崎牛柳就軟滑得多。它的賣相和味道都勾起我在福岡食伊萬里牛的回憶⋯⋯牛味相當濃郁而且廚師很慷慨,整個飯都舖滿肉片。要讚一讚它的醬汁很醒胃,讓人一啖再啖。飯還可選十穀米呢⋯⋯肯定這店會再光顧的,疫市加油啊!💪

毫不猶豫我點了炭燒三瀨雞腿餐並推介友人吃宮崎和牛腿丼飯 + 五點刺身
