在赫德道舖仔細細的石亭居酒屋,佐酒小吃及酒種既多亦精,今晚我哋飲呢款清酒:路上有花-桃花 $780/支,好醇有米香,顏色清徹。仲有不少選擇。小食#1: 煑蠶豆,算大粒厚肉,簡單亦好。小食#2: 鱈魚干,又薄又脆,少少鹹。小食#3: 明太子有燒及刺身的食法,刺身要配酒食,好有鹹香,配我們今晚選擇味道甜的酒最好,但淨食就過鹹。小食#4: 瑩火魷魚黑色的,因為用墨汁煑,魷魚身滑有Q勁,墨汁又係好有鹹香,配酒好。刺身:日本蠔今日時令是岩蠔,見樣知肥美,一口可呑,直滑喉嚨,口感享受。天扶良:雜錦炸漿夠薄,油份用油紙吸乾,所以唔膩,魚及蔬菜同樣新鮮,有水準。地方太細,坐得比較迫,我們選擇坐在角落近收銀處,多啲私隱。價錢合理,食物唔錯,好多熟客,必須訂位。
