自從舊舖清拆之後,便開始一分為二,一主打高級川菜,更不時從內地請來國家級師傅座鎮,名氣是有了,但口碑卻一般,而另一間處身在黃大仙,走平民路線,水準跟當年是有少許出入,但每晚依然是人頭湧湧,好不熱鬧.雖然是閒日,但踫上午飯時間,亦須要搭枱.只得自己一個,簡單的一碗麵,再加一籠小籠包剛剛好.這兩天胃口不好,亦不想食得太辣,擔擔麵沒半點辣味的話,那倒不如不要叫了.麵條多年來水準依舊,柔韌度是有,但彈牙欠奉,白麵條一向如始,但吸收湯汁後好惹味.花生碎及芝麻醬下得恰到好處,又不會太搶味.小籠包一籠八隻,不過三十八蚊,不貴,故意夾起餃子皮,柔韌之餘又不會破,雖然有少少厚皮,但上海餃子皮一向都是偏厚,見慣不怪.餡料肉汁不多,而且口感較結實,肉味給雪過,味道都變差了.看看餐牌及牆上有其他小菜,有機會都想攪返一局.

雖然是閒日,但踫上午飯時間,亦須要搭枱.

只得自己一個,簡單的一碗麵,再加一籠小籠包剛剛好.

這兩天胃口不好,亦不想食得太辣,擔擔麵沒半點辣味的話,那倒不如不要叫了.

麵條多年來水準依舊,柔韌度是有,但彈牙欠奉,白麵條一向如始,但吸收湯汁後好惹味.花生碎及芝麻醬下得恰到好處,又不會太搶味.
