To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次嚟香港,同廣東親戚一同下來,也是第一次嚟添好運!仲早聞“添好運”米芝蓮嘅大名喇,唔算贵又好食,茶座費同點心價格總仲比廣州大多數嘅平,真係平民餐廳!呢個“酥皮焗叉燒包”真係好好食呀,里面D嘢還算挺多啦!還有呢個炒麵同呢個肠粉都唔錯啦!!最愛就係蝦餃啦!!!晶瑩剔透料又唔少!!!但係人真係好多好多,排隊排好耐哦……服務態度唔算太好,仲要繼續提高D!真D唔算贵啊,同親戚三個人好肚饥食了好多嘢,一才共使了220蚊!!下次嚟香港要再拉友仔友女一齊來食!!
