To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二月二十二日 (星期五)由慈善團體經營的法國餐廳La Parole自搬到上環後(也換了主廚),水準大幅提升架架仔早前就跟友人前來吃了一頓賞心悅目的午餐後,也決意要帶架架妹同來先來的餐前小吃是蕃茄伴脆片,蕃茄帶着酸酸甜甜的味道多汁好吃,甚配胃的!前菜選了黑松露炒蛋入口蛋香幼滑,帶着芬芳滿溢的黑松露,實在滿足!!!這一客蕃茄湯,味極清新酸甜湯頭也挺稠身的,用料十足意粉由法藉大廚每日親手製造,口感煙韌香滑配以加入白酒的龍蝦汁,鮮甜之餘又帶着酒的淡淡醇香還有鮮甜爽口的龍蝦肉,實在是不可多得的一客主菜!另一道主菜則選了春雞用的雞是新鮮由農場運到,雞味也就特別香濃入口雞肉十分嫩滑,雞皮又脆口惹味,挺滿意的,略嫌份量少了一點甜品是雲呢拿雪糕伴朱古力慕絲兩者皆十分幼滑,味道一濃一淡,配合得宜隨套餐加$8便可,這杯是不能錯過的朱古力!可可味是極其濃郁,入口是極香濃又幼滑建議大家飲熱的,更能體會箇中滋味!快來這裡享用一個美滿的法式西餐既能品嚐美食,又能做善事,何樂而不為呢!
