I shall be brief, because I typed this review initially fully in Chinese, then somehow OR logged me off and I had lost everything. Anyway, this shop has 2 outlets, one is in Hung Hom and one in Sai Wan, which is quite famous within this area. Unfortunately:
- The 鹵味 was not very fragrant at all, and it carried very little 鹵水味. It was just salty and sweet at same time, very monotomous. No one really liked it in the end...
- The Tofu suffered the same fate, and it was super hard!
- At $80 for a quarter of a Goose and some tofu pieces, can we please expect slightly better and sophisticated quality of a Lo Sui?

Positive thing:
- Goose had real goose taste and the texture was pretty soft, but it was spoiled by the marination...
