Restaurant: CAMPSITE (K11 ATELIER)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⠀最近都喜歡四處走訪,尋覓小店,今晚經過舊區看到一座格格不入的新型商廈K11⠀ATELIER,旁邊有一間新開的餐廳,重落地玻璃看到內裏簡潔清新的樹木風格,吸引了我的眼簾。🌿⠀⠀走進CAMPSITE,彷彿頓時擺脫了喧囂的城市生活,可以享受森林氣息。原來取名CAMPSITR是因為餐廳主打以野外露營的方式烹調天然季節性食材,讓食客仿如置身於郊外,能夠一嚐大自然的風味,進行一次休閒用餐體驗!最近還有Asia⠀Miles⠀x⠀OpenRice⠀里賞餐響週,大家必定要去試鍋煮雞肉野米飯!香噴噴的香菇雞飯,有珍珠米及野米混合,雞油完全滲透進飯中,絕對是賣飛佛!🥰⠀
