近排天氣好熱,令我諗返起去泰國旅行嘅日子,好掛住當地嘅美食😫為咗一解相思之苦,即刻約屋企人食泰菜先😙♦️肥牛船粉♦️很足料嘅船粉,炸豬皮索滿湯汁👅重點船粉我揀咗金邊粉,粉嘅質地夠滑,重米香,同湯頭好配合♦️炒道菜(飛天)♦️唔係好食得辣,所以同店員講要少辣🙈火喉猛菜炒完仲好清脆🔥♦️蛋網鮮蝦金邊粉♦️必食炒金邊粉,鮮蝦大隻結實,最欣賞佢嘅金邊粉唔會炒到油淋淋,依然乾身但唔會乾淨淨👅♦️泰式明爐烏頭♦️烏頭魚新鮮,魚肉鮮嫩多汁,泰式湯汁清澈,有蔬菜嘅甜味同海鮮嘅鹹香,當湯汁慢慢滲入魚肉時更入味好食💋
