To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到chatterbox cafe呢間來自星加坡的餐廳，你會有咩心水選擇呢？我同大多數人一樣都會揀海南雞， 呢度就叫做“文華海南雞飯”，由於係個set，因此仲有飲品。而我就試試熱嘅“有機蘋果茶”吧，見到加配食物好平，就要咗份“黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕”。雞好滑，而且份量都算多，仲有正宗三個醬汁跟，黑豉油，蒜蓉及辣醬；蘋果茶係茶包茶，但都真係飲到蘋果味，幾ok；蘿蔔糕切細件，配黑醬油來炒，又有蛋，好有東南亞風味。另一選擇係新出的"芽籠黑醬油海鮮福建麵"，海鲜有两大隻蝦，又有好多魷魚同埋加入咗啲豬油渣，非常之香口同埋好有特色，今日嘢飲就要個地道啲的“熱錫蘭奶茶”，當然唔會差，加配的甜品“雙球椰子雪糕” 好正吖，好香濃椰子味，上面又洒咗d可可粉，非常之可口。
