Restaurant: The Alley

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鹿角巷上個月在尖沙咀開設了香港首間分店,開業數天已經大排長龍,難得經過只有幾個人排隊,當然要朝聖一下😏😏點了招牌之一的黑糖鹿丸鮮奶,亦即是黑糖珍珠奶茶,上層是日本明治全脂鮮奶🥛🥛,底層是新鮮煮好的黑糖珍珠,茶底味道甘香,與鮮奶搖勻後,奶味和黑糖味依然香濃,而且不會太甜,配上煙韌的珍珠口感很好。老實說,鹿角巷雖然稱不上有很大的驚喜,不過珍珠奶茶的味道的確跟其他不太一樣,特別喜歡黑糖和鮮奶的配搭😋😋除了黑糖鹿丸之外,每日限量的光飲系列飲品也很受歡迎,以蝶豆花及果汁造成漸變顏色層次,用來呃like最好不過〜
