To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為太古區嘅常客，要嚟試吓新開來自新加波嘅過江龍；簡潔裝橫，用咗光鮮嘅黃丶白丶綠為主調，好醒晨；呢度係半自助形式，可先搵位，再點餐及俾錢，將「傳呼機」放於枱面指定嘅貼紙上，店員會送餐到客人枱中。文華海南雞飯 $108  (升級雞髀 +$10)去骨海南雞髀，約有十件肉，油飯丶湯丶有齊三款醬料，雞肉肉質嫩滑，雞皮下無乜脂肪層，食落唔會覺得油膩。新加坡肉骨茶麵線 $108新加坡肉骨茶比馬來西亞嘅較重胡椒味，湯底顏色比較清；肉質軟腍，點黑醬油食，可將肉味提升；而油炸鬼好脆，只係油咗少少，依家呢個天氣食就啱哂喇～可以驅寒暖胃。雞肉沙嗲 4串  (跟餐+$48)雖然雞肉串份量比較小，但沙嗲醬好味！！配埋青瓜丶紫洋蔥，惹味 凍Cappuccino (跟餐+$10)只記得要少冰，唔記得嗌少甜，但出嚟個甜度適中，奶味濃滑，唔錯！凍美禄哥斯拉 (跟餐+$16)美祿恐龍即美祿朱古力，加上未溶嘅美祿粉＆朱古力脆脆波，美祿哥斯拉其實係美祿恐龍嘅進化版，多咗一球雲呢拿雪糕，估唔到個雪糕，向我食晒成餐飯都未溶哂，好滿足！
