踏入生日月,開始咗第一餐飯局,朋友介紹帶咗我去一間法國私房菜,雖然係私房菜,都有佢嘅MENU ,不過就要一早選定先,當晚去都到坐定定就慢慢送上。Classic French Croissant牛角包未放上枱,就聞到麵包香,用法國牛油製成,新鮮焗起,金黃色,外層香脆,入口鬆軟,比多個我都食得落House smoked salmon tartare with avocado sasa in fresh organic tomato一個大番茄上碟,下面仲有海鹽,打開個番茄,入面釀滿咗不同嘅材料,有自家醃嘅三文魚,牛油果及洋蔥粒,呢以幾款食材嘅口感都唔唔同,配合起來又幾特別,可能因為加入咗洋蔥嘅關係,所以都非常惹味,食時配合埋個有機番茄,再點少少海鹽,好清新,好開胃Crab Bouillabaisse係濃湯,仲有些蟹肉,入口蟹味濃郁Grilled Iberian Porkrack with Mesclum in Orange Vinaigrette唔係烤到全熟嘅黑毛豬,切開仲見到粉紅色嘅肉,入口嫩滑,配合燒菠蘿,清清口腔食多件得Chocolate mousse cake with orange

Chocolate mousse cake with orange gelato
蛋糕朱古力味道濃,層次分明,又不太甜,仲有小小苦味,最愛這款朱支力味,好少餐廳橙味雪糕,令我想起想起某牌子嘅橙餅,突然好想買來食,仲配上咖啡焦糖脆片及什莓,上碟時已經覺得好靚,好吸引,估唔到原來全部食材係咁配合的。

餐廳地方唔大,勝在坐得舒服,每碟菜店員都會好用心介紹,好細心,有機會想試試海鮮
