講到Potato bravas with Green alliol foam,呢個真係西式"薯條"新享受。個薯軟綿香濃,佢個蒜香 alliol foam 醬汁更加貼心,唔係嗰啲濫茄醬,值得拍掌👏。

Crab croquette,外皮香脆得嚟唔硬口,一咬爆熱漿,個餡幼滑得嚟飽滿,蝦蟹味掂到爆!

海鮮飯中,包括了剛才吃過的墨魚粒、腥味重的蜆,以及不太新鮮的蝦,我們另加了每位300hkd預訂了最易中伏的龍蝦,但竟反而非常新鮮:鮮甜、彈牙、嫩滑匯於一身。店員教導,吃過鋪面的海鮮後,再把海鮮汁與墊底的燉飯混合來吃,果真不同凡響!海鮮的鮮味滲入香味十足的燉飯當中,藏紅花、薑黃、蒜蓉、甜椒等香料味道配以鮮甜的海洋氣息環繞口中,若海鮮用料可以更進一步,就是完美的西班牙海鮮飯!

Moment 在 Sabor旁,同一個老板經營,吃的東西一樣是西班牙私房菜,提前預訂,上次吃過一次,今次試另一個 Menu, 前菜是酥皮條配鮮磨蕃茄漿,酥皮條夠熱夠脆,蕃茄無添加,好 fresh好新鮮。濃魚湯煑蜆,魚湯的濃度很高,像雙黃老抽一樣的濃,味道超級鮮。炒大魷魚粒配忌廉芥末,魷魚粒很大一粒,很厚實,反映魷魚大小真有番泔上下,火喉好,不過燶,芥末調得淡然,我喜歡。油泡蝦,上檯時油仍在滾起泡,蝦身爽,好味過关。冷蕃茄湯用車厘茄榨汁做底,再加些調料及忌簾,很好味的凍湯,冷冷的,比冷蕃茄汁好喝很多。sea food Paella, 飯超級超級好味,西斑牙米比意大利米好口感,西班牙米永遠都硬硬的,調汁出色,煑出色,煑完再焗,迫出了食材的鮮汁及油份,再混和在帶口感硬身的西斑牙米當中,有衝動想全吃下,但晚餐不能太多澱粉,也就止住了。Moment環境超靜,在中上環鬧市一角不起眼的商廈內,這種鬧中帶靜,有 quality 又decent 的感覺不是同樣在九龍新界的商廈可比,識揀,一定揀港島的。我有我的感覺鬧市裡四處穿梭。

今晚同朋友去左一間高級又浪漫餐廳食飯,環境充滿氣氛,同佢慶祝生日最岩啦!先來一個classic french croissant,牛角酥充滿牛油香味,入口香濃牛油味而且脆口,非常滿意。前菜是Home smoked salmon tartare with fresh organic tomato,用上新鮮蕃茄,入面放上自家製煙三文魚他他,夠哂鮮甜開胃,三文魚入口鮮甜,與蕃茄又好配合。之後來個Crab Bouillabaisse,蟹肉濃湯好鮮甜,入口唔會好膩,而且蟹味突出。主菜是Grilled Iberian pork rack with mesclun in orange vinaigrette,豬肩扒入口肉質爽嫩清甜,非常軟腍,豬肉唔乾而且味道好清香。另一款是Stir-fried cuttlefish fettuccine,用上墨肉扮成意粉,入口多一份鮮甜和爽口,非常有心思。最後有chocolate mousse cake with orange gelato,朱古力味濃香滑,而且甜度唔高,晚餐水準高令人非常欣賞。

蛋糕朱古力味道濃,層次分明,又不太甜,仲有小小苦味,最愛這款朱支力味,好少餐廳橙味雪糕,令我想起想起某牌子嘅橙餅,突然好想買來食,仲配上咖啡焦糖脆片及什莓,上碟時已經覺得好靚,好吸引,估唔到原來全部食材係咁配合的。

餐廳地方唔大,勝在坐得舒服,每碟菜店員都會好用心介紹,好細心,有機會想試試海鮮
