To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這些日子幾乎身邊不同行業的朋友也口徑一致地推薦Casa Lisboa , 而且都是說可能是全香港最好吃的葡萄牙菜。拖延症發作,剛好碰上epidemic,一拖便兩年。這次來嚐嚐這豐盛的weekend brunch ($388/person + 10%)先來餐前面包, 配上欖橄、吞拿魚醬及蒜味牛油(個人很喜歡!)然後是一共六款的Starters for sharing 份量一點也不吝嗇。Algarvia Salad - 紅菜頭胡蘿蔔沙律Galdo Verde Soup - Chorizo 臘腸薯仔湯Garlic Octopus - 蒜片八爪魚Clams Bulhao Pato - 白酒汁煮大蜆Codfish cakes - 炸鱈魚薯球Pica Pau - 欖橄牛肉汁煮A3牛肉粒沙律有紅菜頭和胡蘿蔔,綠色的是牛油果醬,上面還有新鮮芝士碎。拌起來吃,味道清爽,味不濃,更像是先清理口腔的引子前菜。Chorizo 臘腸薯仔湯 - 這個湯反而我覺得是整個brunch 內味道最濃的一道菜。chorizo 本來味濃,你在這湯絕對感受到,薯仔味道不太出但你可喝到它的texture。Codfish cake

Codfish cakes - 唔駛寫,就咁睇都知道龍與鳳。炸鱈魚薯球,外脆內軟,不太燙不油膩。睇相也看得到絲絲鱈魚。

必須要說一下,這份大蜆是六款前菜中個人最超愛的一道。蜆肉新鮮,白酒汁的調味與它融合的剛剛好,不會有食物還食物,醬汁還醬汁的感覺。我還情不自禁地追著它的醬汁喝呢

因為個人不太喜好橄欖,以免有偏頗,所以還是不評論太多,但肉質是juicy 嘅!


Main Course - 每人可以在十款主菜中選擇一款。我和朋友當然不會錯過招牌的slow roasted suckling pig 啦,然後再點了葡萄牙海鮮飯。

Slow roasted suckling pig - 起初以為燒豬的皮很韌,因為很難切開,夾硬來又怕會失禮,唯有用叉豪邁地拮來吃。
峰迴路轉地,皮是很脆,肉是很嫩。整體不會太膩,但很juicy! 旁邊還有即炸新鮮薯片和飯。

說到最令我期待的是這個Pineapple ravioli 。
看到menu 時說覺得很新奇。在菠蘿片下是, 開心果蛋糕和雲尼拿雪糕,化學作用非常好!

另外我們還點了Portuguese biscuit cake,店員說是傳統葡萄牙糕點,味道不過不失。

Brunch 還包咖啡或茶。這個價錢真是滿載而歸呀!
