To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友行完花墟買了鮮花，跟住去這間酒樓飲茶， 星期六最怕周圍都係人，去到又要排隊等叫，想去食別的， 無奈朋友想飲， 唔使等太久，因為搭檯我哋都要 叉燒包都算大， 半肥叉燒好味道，可惜個皮較硬燒賣好食，蝦大又新鮮蟲草花蒸千層腐皮， 比較特別 ，但非常難食， 腐皮完全黏在一起 ，鞋又硬柴魚花生豬骨粥， 用咸豬排骨煲， 加上柴魚 、油炸鬼好味蒸紅棗糕 ，紅棗味淡，而且唔夠軟熟匆匆食完一餐， 四個人一張枱， 有兩個陌生 覺得好尷尬， 又唔夠地方放碟 ， 侍應不足 ，要自己清理， 坐多一陣都唔想!!
