Restaurant: A Nice Gift (Temple Mall North)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這食店已開了一段時間,每次行過都是年青人幫襯居多,今晚(9/8/2020)黃大仙區很多人買外賣,多間心儀的食店都要等好耐,見這食店門外只有數人,問了外賣要等十至十五分鐘,便買了兩個套餐。L4台式肉燥排骨乾伴手工麵,排骨應該炸咗多次,又乾又硬。L1台式肉燥雞排乾伴手工麵,雞排都係好硬,相比排骨,較軟些,兩份手工麵都好乾,肉燥汁好多油,自己撈麵,太麻煩,點解唔撈埋先入盒,隨餐的餐具只有筷子,要夾手工麵去肉燥汁多次先撈到。另套餐跟了冬瓜茶及蜂蜜綠茶,兩杯茶要OK。藉此讚下落單的侍應妹妹都好細心提點可以怎樣選擇。
