To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個阿叔侍應點菜時十問九唔應，講多句都唔肯，叫加米粉底又唔講價錢幾多，算我忍唔出聲。問海鮮加工大概要幾耐先上菜，又話人多冇辦法催，只能等。蝦買左十隻上得九隻，覺得小事費事吵，我忍唔出聲。最後埋單比完錢拎左張寫明顧客收據的單，比人大聲鬧：喂！拎左我張單！實在忍唔到，我話你可以同我講清楚，張單唔拎得，要單需要重印，使唔使甘惡鬧人。仲死唔認錯。出品唔見得出色，侍應態度超差，絕對冇下次。冇必要比錢去受侍應氣。
