To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六諗住開開心心和家人飲餐茶聚下,一行4人,被安排了一張左右被夾逼的台,坐得太逼夾所以要求換台。眼見當時酒樓不算人多,還有很多空台。已經唔介意坐張細台,4人坐3人台。沒想到執台的侍應態度勁差,一開始拒絕我們的要求,擾讓左一陣才勉強肯同意。不僅大聲呼喝叫我地企開比佢鋪台布,鋪完台布又大大力把碗碟扔在台上,真係唔知是想招呼客還是想趕客。🤷‍♀️食物質素一般般,最後想到還要比加一服務費,真係不如不吃。不會有下次,難怪客人愈來愈少。
