To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 侍應服務質素有極大進步空間

周末晏晝路過美麗華又咁岩肚餓，於是走落basement 睇下有咩好食。我之前已經食過espresso alchemy 同MUTA，見佢地兩間兩點果陣門口條隊都仲好長又醒起之前食過奧海城同elements 既HABITU 都ok，於是決定食呢間，點知真係惡夢🙄 落單叫左個意粉等左二十分鐘都未到，於是我就舉手問侍應，但企係我隔離既幾位男侍應都好似睇我唔到咁，後來終於有一位見到我就幫我入去廚房查，佢出番黎咩解釋都冇淨係話廚房煮緊，最後都要等多超過十分鐘個意粉先黎，即係夾夾埋埋等左超過三十分鐘😓 老實講，個意粉質素都只係還可以，比呢個價錢我寧願用多少少時間排隊食隔離是但一間我都會條氣順好多……
