To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間係工廈入面嘅樓上鋪。今晚都算幾好生意。見電視之前介紹過所以嚟試吓。點真好伏。我哋叫咗芝麻雞、咖喱魷魚、蠔餅、杏仁豬肺湯。食物冇乜特別。同一個價位又比佢好食嘅有好多選擇。最離譜係其中一個侍應竟然係度食煙。搞到間餐廳好臭。而且佢哋會係咁問你要唔要依樣嗰樣。例如問你要唔要海鮮、要唔要湯、要唔要糖水。咁樣sell太進取。環境方面太嘈。同埋唔乾淨。有昆蟲係台面。見到都唔開胃。總括嚟講係中下。真係冇下次。
