To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 侍應，收銀態度惡劣

落單時冇留意有用手寫的餐牌係牆上，睇住餐牌叫咗焗豬扒飯（$78 ）加一個日嘅套餐。原來焗豬扒飯都有套餐（送湯，餐飲$66）如果正常嘅侍應應該會堤醒顧客有套餐仲抵。收到單時見到兩杯飲品都加3蚊，6蚊，因為落單時侍應冇講要加錢，所以我問侍應。佢好大聲答“你係指住餐牌叫㗎嘛！所以焗豬扒飯$78蚊飲品要另外俾錢囉！套餐係個度嘛！”(指出牆上用手寫的餐牌）按照寫住嘅價錢收錢冇問題，不過可以禮貌啲對待客人。其實落單時侍應態度已經好差，明明有湯送，問都冇問要乜嘢走咗人，我都唸算啦，不過咁樣對客人整到我好唔開心，我俾錢的時候同收銀講”話送湯，都冇送，飲品就收呢啲錢” 收銀職員仲惡過侍應，好大聲話”我點知你同侍應點溝通啊！” 從頭到尾唔好，絕對唔會再返！
