To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左港島既朋友食飯，佢指明要食返上次天后既「上海弄堂」，佢話好掛住個擔擔麵，出面食既無果種花生香，無一間有呢個質素舖仔細細，但好多人幫襯有全日套餐，亦有散點，全日免收加一素食選擇亦很多酸辣湯熱焫焫又足料，帶酸又夠辣，刺激惹味，非常開胃糖醋魚塊配擔擔麵擔擔麵沒有令朋友失望，保持高水準，花生香味濃郁，麵質爽滑糖醋魚塊第一次食，酸酸甜甜好開胃，皮又唔厚，魚肉嫩滑份量重幾多下添，配埋菠蘿、三色椒，很豐富紅油炒手六大粒，粒粒結實漲卜卜，夠辣夠惹味每次都必食既煎餃子煎得好靚，皮薄帶脆，內裏飽滿結實，好好食整體保持一貫高質
