Sabatini午餐最吸引到我的, 依然是她的Pasta, 沒有額外加錢Order海鮮Linguine, 她的Penne已經相當吸引, 蛋香味濃之餘, 口感Q彈而不死實, 簡單的Cream Sauce及磨菇已令其十分滋味. Roast of the Day是豬扒, 外表上沒有任何脂肪, 但用刀一切已感受到其很Smooth的口感, 咬下去沒有渣也夠舒服. Antipasto因衞生問題, 沒有了自助模式, 但想吃多一點可向待應查詢詢; 甜品沒有那Vintage的甜品車, 也是因為衞生因素. Present形式的改變不影響其質素, Mozzarella Cheese和Parma Ham依然是意菜自助Antipasto中最高質, 以甜品中的Tiramisu帶有濃厚的朱古力味及陣陣酒香, 以及Saint Honore酥皮的層次和牛油香, 也令人滿意, 儘管我不太理解後者應該屬於法式甜品, 而非意式的呢! (笑)
