1月7日晚上到瑞士餐廳食好野,但宜家先有時間寫食評很多沒有來過,有點擔心食物質素下降。到達後才發現原來間餐廳已經裝修過,感覺更開揚,坐得更舒服。叫了classic cheese fondue 走香草走wine, 因為只想食最pure既芝士,果然好正喔揀了牛跟芝士火鍋,個牛好食到爭D就咁食哂,不用加芝士青口好味,不過並非最好,可以一試的,用面包點汁食最正,面包都食左3個Cold cut預期中水準,正常反而送的面包極好食,任添,仲要有好多唔同款式,最好味係黑糖小面包,加牛油冇得輸最最最推薦的就是Raclette,1分鐘內極速消滅,芝士味濃,又香又脆,好食到停唔到呀⋯⋯野食好味,可惜餐廳內有蚊孳仔,頗影響食慾,希望可以改善
