To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 總有餐廳係你明明記得味道平平無奇,但優美既環境令你留下好印象。 木十豆寸正是如此,食過幾次都覺得一般,但偶然係灣仔想食牛肉麵又會的起心肝打去book位。餐廳位於君戶鍋貼對面、大樹附近既大廈,入口只有唔起眼既一個身位,招牌夠大都唔算難搵。 沿住唐樓樓梯拾級而上,已經隱約感覺到老香港既懷舊氣色。貼滿手繪花牆紙既唐樓單位、掛滿乾花既生鏽窗花,儘管你明白1963年既台灣根本冇咁作狀,目光依然忍唔住停留係隔離台任悄悄的一線光灑落身上既翻版洋服梁朝偉。午市以飯麵分類,本來下定決心要再食既紅燒牛肉麵已經停售,見新品滿漢牛肉麵 ($90)聲稱包含清燉牛肉麵、紅燒拌麵同紅燒牛肉麵,好有衝動想叫。 但問清楚店員係咪分成三碗仔咁上,先知原來只係將麵同餸分開,麵會配清燉牛肉麵湯底,牛肉就會配紅燒牛肉湯,同其他麵款既分別在於多左幾塊牛肉。再三確認紅燒牛肉麵冇得散叫,又覺得滿漢餐唔太抵,於是揀左養生清燉牛肉麵。養生清燉牛肉麵 ($65)相信並無動用到燉盅、淋上高湯即成。 成碗都係清淡既上湯味,牛腩、牛筋同牛展同南記食到既差不多,勝在大大塊幾足料,麵質彈牙煙韌。 養生之處在於加左三粒杞子。一路食我就一路懷念以前食過

一路食我就一路懷念以前食過既紅燒牛肉麵,湯底味道濃郁豐富好多,仲有爽脆開胃既酸菜。 完全唔明白點解納入左滿漢餐就冇得散叫,變相迫客人俾多$25先食到想食既麵款。

聽講老板由各地搜羅舊式信箱、香煙販賣機等作擺設,大至餐廳裝修格局、小至餐具既用色配搭都極具心思。

可惜坐左係呢個咁靚既角落有如流落荒島,店員除左上菜唔會輕易離開門口區域,每次點菜或有其他需要都要自行步出中央區求助,多次到訪都有同樣問題。

講真呢d古董孰真孰假就冇人會在意,總之有個文青氣氛可以扮下花樣年華,人流就會絡繹不絕。 但希望老板可以多花心思係食物身上,咁先可以吸納到真正慣性光顧既客人。
