To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

便宜是硬道理

又是早到了港島區的一天，是日的早餐派對就選擇在謝斐道的食肆群找。而我是日找來的，竟然是一間已在謝斐道迄立多年，而我又完全不知佢存在的一間小型快餐店。可能真的是店子太小，而門口又經常有架貨車擋住吧。是外賣匈餐店的格局，感覺同良友差唔多，不過就當然比起良友"企理"得多。而且，其擁有的空間，是真真正正俾客人坐的而不是擺單車。先點餐，後霸位，再後就是返去counter自己去攞餐。我的早餐，又是雞扒公仔麵了。麵同雞扒，實際來說是一般過一般的貨色。雞扒醃得夠入味，但是炸的，所有希非常脆的感覺。幸是放湯食，不然，會是非常熱氣的一件，而且醃得太過了，單食的話，味道會太濃。套餐仲有一份多士同濃香滑既奶茶，咁多野都只是$20，縱使味道只是普通，但便宜就足夠挽回分數。國內人常說，便宜是硬道理。雖然這兒不甚好食，但夠平，吸引到很多在附近上班的人，吃!!!!!
