To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽個餐廳名以為係台灣野原來係西營盤既一間家庭小店西餐餐廳係開放式廚房落單後聽住煮野食既聲聞住香味更令人期待期待主菜既時候先試跟餐既忌廉濃湯西蘭花打得好幼細飲落似薯仔蓉好香香蒜欖油虎蝦意粉賣相幾吸引虎蝦肉厚好彈牙好鮮味少少調味已經夠意粉軟硬週中同紅椒洋蔥香蒜黑椒用欖油炒香惹味得黎幾健康美國牛肩胛扒伴巴薩米可黑醋 (10安士) 之前聽過牛肩係牛第二最腍既部分但處理麻煩要人手起左層筋膜先小店竟然都會花心思做抵讚! 冇10安士既概念上枱見到塊扒既份量嚇親本身見咁厚身驚一係overcooked一係太生出奇地成塊扒都好腍而且好juicy牛味好重好鐘意佢配搭幾款伴菜而且瓜係醃過再煎香酸酸地好特別黑醋都係自家調味過甜甜地好好味是日甜品藍莓芝士蛋糕第一啖就愛上了芝士味好香濃食落似雪糕個餅底薄薄地唔重牛油味唔會搶左蛋糕既味好滿足既結尾食完好滿足既一餐張家呀女問我地岩唔岩食開始傾計原來張家爸爸以前係酒店大廚依家自己開餐廳張家媽媽同呀女都行動上支持👨‍👩‍👧💪🏼 佢地明明知第三街唔係飲食旺區但因為佢地好鐘意住左好多年既西營盤想係西營盤煮好味
