今日嘅重頭戲就係呢塊韓牛西冷!母親大人落order嘅,雖然見到價錢當刻嚇一嚇。上碟見到覺得物有所值!因為油花分佈極之均勻,顏色超級美麗,仲厚切❤️。要知道韓牛無和牛咁重油花,所以一塊咁靚油花既韓牛一定唔會平得去邊。店員弟弟同樣幫忙將西冷燒到5成熟,剪開就見到中間帶粉紅色,仲擺盤擺得好靚。肉質超腍嫩,真係入口即融,點少少香草海鹽食肉味就更加突出!

豬梅肉用水果醬油醃過,鬆軟香甜。豬五花同豬頸肉燒至微焦再以生菜包住一起吃,食落又香又爽,豬腸爽彈香口。豬皮好煙韌,食嘅時候沾點黃豆粉吃更有風味。

雪梨水冷麵 $95
食韓燒多數都會搭配一碗水冷麵,冷麵幼滑,湯底帶有雪梨嘅清甜味。食嘅時候我中意加d芥辣一齊食。喺香港食到嘅水拉麵多數我都覺得唔好食,但係呢度既我覺得真係有喺韓國食到嘅水準。

青瓜青擰/西柚乳酸梳打 $42
飲品方面唔想飲酒所以叫咗兩杯唔同口味嘅梳打,青瓜青檸味道清新,無咁甜,岩晒一直話要減肥既我,西柚乳酸味酸酸甜甜媽媽都讚好!
