收工同朋友係銅鑼灣閒逛, 本來大家都打算試附近一間「從日本抵港」既PANCAKE店但去到人龍長到沒有盡頭, 感覺會排到天荒地老, 大家對望一下便馬上決定---轉場!!巧合地大家都思念日本居酒屋既串燒, 知道附近有間居酒屋就過來試下WALK-IN既我地見到全店幾乎滿座, 心有不妙, 打算可能又要轉場之際,  店員好有禮貌咁詢問我地可唔可以係20:30前交枱 (當時大約19:00)我地當然是一口答應=)一坐底店員已經遞上前菜---沙律蔬菜條配赤味噌醬赤味噌味道本身偏重, 配上沙律菜條, 中和了蔬菜既菜腥味, 意想不到既美味連本身唔鍾意赤味噌既我都覺得驚喜--芝麻鹽醬椰菜--係日本既居酒屋通常都係生椰菜加酸酸甜甜既沙律醋, 但道地食法並非每人都喜歡呢家店就改用比較大眾容易接受既芝麻醬, 而且仲加入薯片碎(卡路里邪惡)連平日我呢位唔喜歡食生椰菜既朋友都食得津津有味, 而且配酒都好夾!--明太子玉子燒-- 煎至金黃色既蛋包住滿滿既明太子, 份量很足夠, 基本上每啖都食都明太子--雞肉大蔥串--燒到有少少燶既大蔥, 蔥既香味係口到徘徊, 配埋雞肉串真係好正--雞軟骨&雞皮串燒--最保守但都係最好食

雞軟骨烤到脆卜卜好有口感
雞皮是用鹽燒方式, 雞皮食落口感是脆口, 正合我意!要
因為本人不太喜歡醬油燒既雞皮, 食落太軟沒有口感

順帶一提, 店內服務員既態度是值得一讚
就算店面好繁忙, 上菜時都會面帶笑容
而且亦會主動睇單 跟進仲未上既菜
是久違了的良好服務態度
無論是味覺還是感覺都是滿意的一餐=)
