To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日經過的一間食店，睇個名都唔知原來係食西餐。我哋叫咗個2人餐，前菜同忌廉湯都幾特別，忌廉湯係紫色，估到就係紫薯做的，飲落真係有陣紫薯味。煙牛肉什菜沙律都好正。香草羅勒醬大蝦燴意粉真係超正，有兩隻冇殻一隻最大的連殻燒，真係幾特別的設計。意粉份量不少適中，足夠一大人飽肚。另外蜜糖黃金豬肋骨伴蛋包飯都不錯，睇個樣以為好un，但確實又OK林同入味，加上蜜糖好有BBQ感覺。我最後都叫多一份法式芝麻蝦多士，好多地方甚至坪洲話好出名的蝦多士都係不外如是。不過呢份蝦多士確定好味，有黑白芝麻配搭，非常香口，蝦滑彈牙。最後呢杯紅豆冰真係好有surprise好經典！因為真係名副其實的「冰」，有椰奶喺側面同埋個冰都係椰子冰，所以特別好食，不過如果當飲品又唔係好夠喉。價錢還算可接受，性價比OK！
