To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入門口無usher ，入到去完全無人招呼可以坐係邊度，menu 要問先俾，上餐唔俾筷子，就算了，都算了。點解個過橋米線麻辣10小辣都可以甘辣？辣到我食唔到明明外賣唔系咁辣嘎~ 唔通我記憶錯亂？唯有將米線撈出黎，同D 湯分開，再放凍D ，先可以入口。真系好奇怪，以前係呢間食過兩次，外賣都系呢間，都未試過出問題，今日有d 失水準咯。間鋪重新裝修過，坐得系舒服左。但係服務人員明顯唔夠人手，先至usher 都無，坐低又無人理~同埋出品真系，好辣咯
