荷蓮帶子沙律 :帶子大粒新鮮,上面加左好多醃料超多香草,味道都幾辣,好開胃。暹羅蝦 :哩個蝦真係好有誠意,隻隻都好大隻,而且食得出係好新鮮,清蒸得剛剛好唔會好老。個汁先係重點,酸甜適中落左好多辣椒我鍾意!落左好多香料,超有泰國風味,不過這唔食得辣既朋友就要先撥走啲辣椒啦。泰式燉花膠 :我期待已久既主角!塊花膠又大又厚,超「肥美」,而且成塊花膠都好完整,唔會剪到好碎見到都已經好想即刻成塊鯨吞落肚。個煮法都係好似一般餐廳咁,發好後用水重複炆煮,味道唔錯。泰式鮮蝦刺身 :啲蝦新鮮又大隻,醃得好入味。酸辣汁原條蒸魚 :本身我係唔太好魚,不過哩條魚我差唔多一個人食曬咁濟。其實條魚係蒸既,本身應該係無乜味,但重點就係個湯啦,好似酸辣湯咁既味,帶好濃既香草香,檸檬草呀薑呀,真係無得頂?魚就唔係話超大條,但係四五個人食,仲要叫埋其他菜就差唔多啦。
