雖然Odelice有幾間分店,不過食親都係The One分店,如果日頭係度食,窗外陽光滲入藍白主調既餐廳,不失有南法風味,不過夜晚燈光昏暗,但又唔係romantic 既效果,唔係好啱打卡,咁就專注番食物。叫生蠔可以包兩杯野飲,生蠔睇落幾大隻,食落唔算多肉,有海水味,配上白酒,係幾鮮味。主廚拼盤有煙三文魚、意大利火腿、炸黑松露磨菇球、鱈魚醬、雞蛋沙律、燒番茄、酸種麵包,整體都好好食,係開胃頭盤之選。是日精選餐湯味道不過不失。兩杯飲品可以叫酒精或非酒精飲品,咁既然食生蠔,就叫白酒襯托下,白酒清甜易入口唔黏喉。套餐以外叫左蜆意粉,蜆都新鮮有肉冇沙,係典型忌廉汁意粉。原本係牛脊肉配鴨肝,可惜冇曬鴨肝,用大蝦替代,有d失望。牛脊肉生熟程度拿捏恰當,易切易咬,入味唔會「鞋」,配埋蒜粒更帶出肉香,整體味道中規中矩,冇乜驚喜。大蝦煎完唔算大,但都叫有肉,都夠香既。香煎三文魚,份量都係好配合法國fine dining 既,茴香加上檸檬汁提升三文魚味,薯蓉都好夠綿滑,整體唔錯。火焰橙酒可麗餅,可以話係頭盤以外的驚喜,侍應即點火即淋酒上餅,睇得又食得。雪糕算多牛油,唔易溶,可以配上可麗餅切件入口,幾有咬口,

火焰橙酒可麗餅,可以話係頭盤以外的驚喜,侍應即點火即淋酒上餅,睇得又食得。雪糕算多牛油,唔易溶,可以配上可麗餅切件入口,幾有咬口,加埋香橙,甜度適中,係呢次用餐幾好既結尾。伴碟雕花士多啤梨可見廚師用心。
