To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我家係翡翠常客，食過幾間分店，而金鐘分店不論平日夜晚定星期六晚都可以好快就入到座，連食物上枱速度亦都好快，但講到服務就比較一般。食物就保持到一向水準，較為喜歡有口水雞，炸銀絲卷同炸醬拉麵。茶位每位$8，以價錢黎講，每人一百都算幾抵食。口水雞 $78味道同譚仔口水雞比較相似，係麻辣個種，但呢個就再多啲花生，麻油香味同八角麻感係入面，啲雞又嫩滑又入味，辣得過癮。銀絲卷 (炸) $25其實同饅頭一樣，個佢呢個食落入面會有一條條嘅口感，外面炸到酥脆，面內裏軟熟，再加煉奶，真係好好味。炸醬拉麵 $60炸醬濃味同杰身，今次辣左少少，而麵就岩岩好，唔會好淋，但好辣得夠惹味。上海小籠包 $40一籠四隻，湯汁多，唔會好咸，但皮就略為厚左少少，所以，夾起時完全唔怕散。鎮江排骨 $65酸酸甜甜，屬正常水準。菜肉雲吞拉麵 $68湯清清地，有五粒雲吞，麵都係正正常常，無煮過火，有少許彈口。上海生煎包 $40有三個，底煎得好脆，唔油膩，幾好味，但汁就唔係話好多。
