難得秋風氣爽,今日放工同兩個朋友約咗喺銅鑼灣利舞臺呢間莆田食個飯,咁耐無見梗係要搵間坐得舒又靜靜地嘅地方食啦,同埋話晒都係連續多年米芝蓮推介福建菜~ 等咗大約十五分鐘到就入得去啦,入面地方唔算好大,環境都過得去啦。由於另外兩個都唔係好大食,所以三個人簡簡單單嗌咗三個小菜同埋一個飯,起初都驚唔夠食,點知最後都飽住走,所以份量都有保證。等緊呢段時間,就緊係傾下計飲啖茶先啦,呢度啲茶好甘香感覺都幾解膩,入口幾舒服。無幾耐食物就上枱喇~~~ 首先嚟既係佢哋季節限定香酥椒鹽跳跳魚,題外話...嚟之前諗住一心一意食佢個蟶子,點知呢期無得賣...咁就試下呢一個跳跳魚啦,以我對動物既認知,佢嘅學名應該係彈塗魚(好似係)... 賣相呢就一般㗎喇,點知食一條試下佢嘅味道都幾香,似九肚魚的Friend,佢又炸得好酥脆而且肉嫩,不過嫌佢啲骨都比較多,如果你哋食就要小心啲,特別係小朋友、老人家。食咗一陣間就到呢一個嘅酥糯芋香鴨出場, 佢個份量都算正常嘅,用芋頭包住鴨肉,鴨肉都算係香酥,不過感覺上就比較乾身少少,但勝在肉質都算鬆散,食嘅時都唔需要太大力咬,算係一個幾香口既小食。跟手就到呢一個嘅經典泡菜飯, 上枱嗰
