To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午我們再去咗何文田勝利道嘅「鮮丼家」食午飯！我們叫咗油甘魚刺身、五色丼飯、蒲燒鰻魚丼飯、滑蛋牛肉丼飯、滑蛋鰻魚丼飯同芝麻鷄翼！油甘魚刺身同五色丼飯嘅刺身非常新鮮肥美嫩滑，而且係厚切，味道相當鮮甜！蒲燒鰻魚丼飯嘅鰻魚肉質好厚身，肉質相當軟滑彈牙！滑蛋牛肉丼飯嘅牛肉味好香濃，脂肪嘅油香令到味道更加芳香！滑蛋鰻魚丼飯之前都叫過嚟食覺得幾好，所以今次再叫嚟食，滑蛋嘅火候控制得恰到好處，質感相當滑溜，鰻魚嘅肉質都係咁嫩滑彈牙，份量仍然都係咁多！芝麻鷄翼炸得表面非常金黃香脆，入面嘅肉質超嫩滑，味道相當惹味香口！
