明星效應嘅食肆通常都係曇花一現,如果要持續咁經營落去,就一定要以食物質素為先。而上海生煎皇,睇住佢由小店開始,慢慢逐步逐步喺唔同嘅地方開分店,就知道佢有一定嘅實力,並非虛有其表。要留得住食客嘅胃,秘訣好簡單,就係抵食同好食,而堅信號就冇因為上咗軌道而大幅加價,價錢仍然非常親民大眾化,所以就算而家疫情下嘅午市時間,餐廳內都不乏顧客捧場。生煎包係佢嘅招牌菜式,每次嚟到都必食,佢嘅生煎包真係夠晒正宗,同我第一次喺上海食到嘅一樣,底部香脆而不硬,咬開嘅時候係有爆汁嘅效果。我就覺得比起某間米芝蓮推介餐廳正宗好味得多。皮蛋豆腐好滑,切成薄片,上面再加上皮蛋同雪菜,淋上醬汁,凍凍地好好味。食過前菜後,就食午市套餐,一份主菜加小食連飲品都只係$53起,份量仲好多,真係好抵食。堅信號秘製厚切豬扒真係好厚身,肥瘦適中,煎香後再搽蜜糖,食落甜甜地,配埋菜飯真係冇得彈!雞絲粉皮薄而滑,上面有雞絲青瓜仲加咗麻醬,係一道非常好味嘅開胃小食。另外仲叫咗個四川擔擔麵套餐,今次揀咗京汁茄子做小食。擔擔麵嘅湯底非常濃郁,帶微微的辣,麵質相對地較林身,同出面一般擔擔麵感覺唔同。京汁茄子係一個涼拌,佢嘅京汁甜甜地,加咗雪菜絲
