韭菜花與豬肉既搭配好match,孜然香料更惹味,豚肉燒得脆身,不錯🐸


西班牙豬肋肉(稀有部位) $24
舊豬肋肉口感幾得意,鮮嫩多汁得黎,個表層又燒得幾脆身🐷


韓燒泡菜五花腩 $28
泡菜味道唔算好出,但係同其他川燒、孜然燒等等對比又幾特別,係另一隻濃味嘅感覺。同五花腩夾完全冇問題✨


厚切鹽燒牛舌拖羅 $48
牛舌油脂感滿滿,好驚喜☺️


鹽燒和牛牛小排 $48
和牛牛小排肉質都係鮮嫩多汁😚


鹽燒A4宮崎和牛 $58*
和牛有入口即溶既感覺,鹽燒令肉汁味更突出🐮


汁燒免治雞肉軟骨棒(付月見) $38
軟骨增添雞肉嘅口感,加埋生雞蛋一齊食層次更豐富👍🏻


冷泡白桃烏龍茶 $18
清涼解渴仲有淡淡既桃味,係啤酒以外嘅好選擇🍹


大致嚟講,大部份嘅調味都好適中,唔會偏咸,所以可以盡情試唔同嘅口味。上菜速度都好快,店員都好足夠,亦都好有禮貌。環境唔使講,舖頭裝修都好靚👏🏻
