CIAK彷彿成了我在太古城的食堂, 無他, 以二百元吃到Umberto監督的傳統意大利菜, 是他的其他餐廳定價的1/5, 雖說便宜但菜式常有驚喜. 頭盤的Parma Ham和沙津不是重點, 底下的Mozzarella廚師將其煎香, 猶如鹹香的麻糬, 相當有趣. 主菜的Tagliatelle和Pizza保持着水準, Homemade味濃而且保留着前者的蛋香與後者獨有的麥香, 舒服而滿足. 甜品不是Tiramisu, Panama Cotta以芝麻製成, 有猶如芝麻糊一樣的濃重味; 後者Chocolate Pie帶有梨香中和其重味, 配上蜂蜜雪糕的甜滑, 不會因價錢便宜而馬虎呢!
